Coach for Mums of Autistic Children

Hi, I’m Jo Long a Coach for Mums of Autistic Children, my son Bookasaurus is bright, and autistic with ADHD. 
 
I understand those feelings of isolation, fear, and guilt. So how would it feel to have someone in your corner who gets it and you can share with fully? I provide mums with a safe space to land. I create an easier and more enjoyable family life and empower you to fulfil your passions. (no diagnosis needed).
 
I support you in finding solutions:
  • to reduce your children’s anxieties/aggression
  • build sibling/friend relationships
  • to help your children feel comfortable going into school/nursery
I achieve this by sharing how to understand, communicate with, embrace, and adapt to your children/partner, develop your mindset so you get out of your own way, look after your well-being, and take a joint parenting approach with your partner.
 
When mums work with me they feel calmer, in control, inspired, and motivated to move forward.
 
I coach over Zoom or we meet at a cafe/walk and talk if you're local, I offer 1:1s with text check-ins and group courses.

Armed with crayons and a mischievous grin, Hugo conquered the walls of his home, turning it into a contemporary art gallery.

Hugo's journey has its unique challenges, as he navigates the world of autism with a silent superhero cape. While other kids are busy babbling, Hugo communicates through his art and actions. Who needs words when you can just do what you wanted to say!!

Head of Quality/Testing/Breaking - Cooper George

Meet Cooper, a lively little rascal with a heart as big as his imagination! Cooper is always on the move, filled with boundless energy and a love for adventure. His favorite superheroes are Iron Man, the Incredible Hulk, and Thor, and he spends most days pretending to be just like them. Whether he's smashing things up like the Hulk or swinging an imaginary hammer like Thor, Cooper's world is full of excitement and fun.

But underneath all that mischief, Cooper has a soft spot for his big brother, Hugo. They are the best of friends, always looking out for each other and teaming up for all sorts of playful shenanigans. 

With a smile that can brighten any room and a spirit as strong as his favorite heroes, Cooper is a little bundle of joy and a true hero in his own right! We use him as our quality control, if he can't break it then nothing will.
